An artist and project coordinator with a passion for using art to inspire and uplift; supporting and protecting healthy ecosystems; and using creativity to bring people together around common interests.

Janet’s art and workshops are inspired by our interconnection and reliance on the natural cycles and natural systems of this beautiful planet. Her land art and other in situ, time-specific, and interactive work often serve as a starting point for work in the studio.

She has recently opened Ethos gallery at Timberlake Organic Village in Wilderness with artist and photographer Ashleigh de Villiers, soon after her third solo exhibition ‘The Stones Speak, the Moss Whispers’ held in April 2023 as part of the Wilderness Art Festival.
